Today is Day 8 of my Happiness Hacks series.
My daughter is home from college for fall break, so we have four precious days with her after not seeing her for two months. I’m keeping it simple (so that I can get back to my people).
Give hugs. Yep. Hugs are a simple, easy, and super great-feeling happiness booster. I gave my daughter a really long hug and plan to “squeeze” many more in over the next few days. I also hugged my boys, my husband, and a few friends today.
In doing some quick research, I found out that January 21 is National Hugging Day. I’ve put it on my calendar, but I plan to make sure to exceed the eight hug minimum every day, not just on National Hugging Day.
