Signe Whitson breaks down clearly and succinctly what adults need to know about working kids who struggle with behavioral challenges. Whitson's approach and ideas are clearly outlined and easily applied, and I will be using this text for training our camp counselors in their work with kids this summer. Every parent, teacher, and youth professional need to have a copy of this book as a valuable resource.
